KABUL: Shaikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani, head of Afghanistan’s National Examination Authority, says educating and guiding youth is essential for building a stable and healthy society.
Speaking at a seminar on implementing secondary-level specialization, he stressed that shaping young people’s thinking and directing them toward the right path is a fundamental need for any government.
Haqqani noted that Afghanistan has fallen behind in modern sciences due to nearly 45 years of conflict and instability.
He emphasized the importance of learning from past experiences and called for strengthening youth development through Islamic education and Afghan cultural values.
