KABUL: The Afghan national futsal team on Monday defeated the Australian futsal team in a four-nation international competition held in Thailand.
The National Futsal Federation of Afghanistan wrote on its Facebook page that the players of the national futsal team defeated its opponent with 5-4 points.
The Four-Nation International Futsal Tournament (NSDF) was held between Afghanistan, Thailand, Australia, and Malaysia.
This was the second match of the Afghan national futsal team in this competition.
In the first match, the national futsal team of Afghanistan had a 3-3 draw against Malaysia.
The third match of the Afghan national futsal team in the competition is scheduled to be held tomorrow with Thailand.
