KABUL: The Qatar Embassy in Kabul has expressed deep sorrow over the deadly traffic accident in Laghman province and extended its condolences to the families of the victims.
In a statement, the embassy said it stands in full solidarity with Afghanistan and its people following the tragic incident and conveyed its sympathies to the bereaved families.
The accident occurred on Saturday when a passenger vehicle overturned in Laghman, leaving 19 people dead and around 35 others injured.
The incident is considered one of the deadliest traffic accidents in recent months, resulting in significant casualties.
