FARAH: More than 30,000 domestic tourists visited Farah province during the Eid al-Adha holidays, according to the Farah Department of Information and Culture.
Officials said they [visitors] visited historical, natural and recreational sites across the province, including attractions in Farah City and the districts of Anar Dara, Bala Bulok, Khak-e-Safid, Pusht Koh and Sheb Koh.
Among the most popular destinations during the holiday period were Shifa Chini, Sharafat Koh, Tangira, Khark, Kak Kahzad, Baghpol, Norozi and Barandak.
According to provincial officials, the growing number of visitors reflects the expansion of Farah’s tourism attractions and increasing public interest in domestic travel.
