Speaking in Beijing during an event marking the 25th anniversary of the SCO, Wang said the organization should serve as a model for peace, development, and mutually beneficial cooperation.
He emphasized the importance of a common, comprehensive, and sustainable security framework, adding that regional countries should support efforts to promote peace and stability in the Middle East while also backing Afghanistan’s reconstruction and economic development.
