KABUL: As many as 29 individuals on charges of various crimes have been arrested in 9 provinces of the country, the Ministry of Interior Affairs in a statement on Sunday.
“In tip-off operations conducted by police personnel of the ministry, 29 individuals in connection with the robbery, gambling, carrying illegal weapons, murder and other crimes, have been arrested in Nimroz, Faryab, Ghazni, Uruzgan, Samangan and Khost provinces,” said the ministry.
The detainees have been transferred to the judiciary organs for further investigations into their files
