BAZARAK: The provincial officials of Panshir said that in the first three months of the current year, more than 250,000 domestic and foreign tourists visited the province, including 120 foreign tourists.
According to them, ensuring security and improving access to different areas has encouraged travel to Panshir’s natural attractions.
To increase tourism capacity, plans such as building a hotel specifically for tourists and creating additional facilities are underway, said the officials.
With its roaring river, pleasant climate, lush valleys, scenic natural landscapes, and historical sites, Panshir hosts thousands of tourists every year, especially during the summer season and cultural and religious occasions.
