KABUL: A total of 87 cadets from the central units and regional army corps of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense have completed a three-month specialized training program at the Abdullah bin Masoud Military Training Command.
According to a statement from the ministry, the participants received training in the operation of T-62 armored tanks, night-vision equipment, simulators, and artillery systems.
The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of senior officials, who encouraged the graduates to continue strengthening their skills, make effective use of modern weapons and technology, and remain committed to safeguarding the country’s governing system.
The newly graduated cadets also reaffirmed their commitment to serving the country’s military institution, the ministry said.
