Efforts should be made to further enhance Kabul-Beijing trade ties, Mawlavi Kabir

KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir said that efforts should be made to further enhance trade ties between Afghanistan and China.

He made the remarks in a meeting with Mawlavi Asadullah Bilal Karimi Afghan Ambassador to China, here in Sapidar Palace, Arg said in a statement.

The Deputy Political Prime Minister called China one of the world’s super economic powers and said that Kabul’s relations with Beijing are beneficial to both countries.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Asadullah Bilal Karimi, Afghan Ambassador to China said that Afghanistan’s efforts in combating ISIS, corruption, drug trafficking, and improving the economic situation have been praised by the authorities of China.

He highlighted that ensuring security, transparency, and stability are factors that would increase the interest of Chinese investors in Afghanistan.

Mawlavi Asadullah Bilal Karimi is the first Islamic Emirate Ambassador to China, and his credentials have been endorsed that country’s President Xi Jinping.
