KABUL: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the Islamic Emirate has control over the entire territory of Afghanistan and has been able to manage the country’s affairs effectively.
Lavrov made the remarks today during the opening ceremony of the eighth meeting of the “Moscow Format on Afghanistan” in Moscow.
The Russian Foreign Minister added that over the past four years, government institutions in Afghanistan have been strengthened and the country has been moving toward stability and development.
