180-member Iranian trade and investment delegation arrives in Kabul

KABUL: A delegation of nearly 180 Iranian traders and economic activists, led by Mahmoud Sadeqat, chairman of the Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce, has arrived in Kabul to participate in the Imam Abu Hanifa National and International Exhibition.

The Afghanistan-Iran Joint Chamber of Commerce said its chairman, Kamaluddin Tawhid, welcomed the Iranian trade delegation upon its arrival.

During their stay in Kabul, Iranian traders, investors and business representatives are expected to attend the Imam Abu Hanifa Exhibition and hold meetings with Afghan traders and economic representatives.

The main areas of discussion will include expanding trade relations, attracting joint investments, and increasing economic cooperation between Afghanistan and Iran.
