KABUL: U.S. President Donald Trump has said the United States may join military strikes against Yemen’s Houthi movement following a deadly Houthi attack on Saudi Arabia’s King Khalid International Airport.
Asked whether Washington would launch strikes against the Houthis, Trump replied, “Maybe.”
Trump also said he was expected to hold a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the near future to discuss possible action against the Houthis.
