KABUL: Mawlavi Mohammad Shafiq Khatib, acting head of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s embassy in Kuwait, has met with Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid Al Saud, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Kuwait.
In a post on its X account, the Afghan embassy in Kuwait said the two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations, expanding economic cooperation, and facilitating the issuance of Umrah visas for Afghans living in Kuwait.
Both sides also stressed the importance of expanding joint efforts and continuing cooperation between Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia.
