KABUL: The High Commission for Addressing Refugees’ Issues has said that 159 families, comprising 664 returnees, entered the country in one day through the Torkham, Spin Boldak, Pul-e Abrisham and Islam Qala border crossings.
According to the commission, 23 families, comprising 99 people, were transferred to various provinces, while 49 families received cash assistance.
The commission also provided food and healthcare services to the returnees and distributed 56 SIM cards among them.
