KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health is committed to expanding mental health services, improving their quality and making them more accessible to the public, said Mawlavi Abdul Wali Haqqani, the ministry’s deputy for health service delivery.
Haqqani said efforts to improve mental health care have increased and that specialized health centers have been established in several provinces.
He made the remarks at a mental health awareness meeting, emphasizing that efforts to improve and expand these services would continue.
