Agricultural complexes and coal processing centers discussed in cabinet meeting

KABUL: Chaired by Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the 21st meeting of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, held today, discussed some issues on the agenda, Arg said in a statement.
In the meeting, the processing, packaging, loading, and unloading of coal in Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Nangarhar, and Kandahar provinces of the country were discussed.
According to the statement, it was decided that the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock would clear the allocated land for the aforementioned issues and after the order of the IEA leadership, the practical work would begin.
Also, at the cabinet meeting, the plan for the construction of six agricultural complexes in Balkh, Nangarhar, Herat, and Helmand provinces by the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock was presented to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, which after their assessment and approval will be sent to the leadership position for final approval
