KABUL: The acting Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi in a meeting, with Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, here in Sapidar Palace, said that Russian investors are interested in investing in Afghanistan, Arg said in a statement.
According to the statement, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce briefed the Deputy Prime Minister about his trip to the Republic of Tatarstan and his participation in the Russia-Islamic World Economic Conference.
He called the Islamic Emirate’s delegation trip productive in the economic and commercial sector.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir positively evaluated the trip of the Islamic Emirate’s delegation to the Republic of Tatarstan and its participation in the international conference and thanked them for it.
“Such trips indicate that the Islamic Emirate, in addition to neighboring and regional countries, also seeks to expand relations and interactions with the world countries,” the statement quoted Mawlavi Abdul Kabir as saying.
The Islamic Emirate’s delegation during their several-day trip to the Republic of Tatarstan, held bilateral meetings with a number of officials and investors of the Russian Federation.
