KABUL: The cabinet meeting of the Islamic Emirate was held with the Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, on the chair, discussing Aqina-Andkhoi railway line and the Kabul-Kandahar highway, Arg said in a statement today.
The meeting discussed and appointed a delegation for the acquisition of 30 kilometers of land for the first phase of the Aqina-Andkhoi railway, according to the statement.
To reconstruct the Kabul-Kandahar highway, the Ministry of Public Works was instructed to hold meetings with the companies for the construction of the second road from Kabul to Ghazni and share the result with the next meeting of the cabinet.
