KABUL: The police personnel of the Ministry of Interior Affairs have arrested 33 people in connection with the sale and use of drugs from different parts of the capital Kabul, the ministry said in a statement today.
According to the statement, the Ministry’s police personnel conducting anti-crime and anti-narcotics operations in various districts of the capital Kabul arrest 33 individuals along with the amount of hashish, heroin, crystal meth, and about 10,000 intoxicating tablets.
The detainees have been identified to justice and judicial organs for further investigation into their files.
The security forces’ fight against drug dealers and users continues in the country.
