KABUL: As a result of Ukraine’s attack on Russia, five civilians were killed and twelve others were wounded, the Russian state-run TASS news agency reported on Sunday.
Russian officials said that the attack took place at night in the Belgorod region of this country.
“10 residential houses were damaged in this attack and the power supply in many areas of Belgorod was cut off,” the officials said adding that the health condition of four of the wounded is concerning.
Belgorod is located adjacent to the Kursk region of Russia.
According to reports, Ukrainian army forces have captured dozens of kilometers of Russian territory in the past one month.
