Japanese ambassador praises IEA’s effort in counter-narcotics

KABUL: The Japanese Ambassador to Afghanistan, Takayoshi Kurumiya, during his visit to Bamyan Province, met with the province’s governor, Mawlavi Abdullah Sarhadi.
In the meeting, both sides discussed security, economic development, infrastructure projects, and their mutual cooperation in the province.
Ambassador Kurumiya praised the Islamic Emirate’s efforts in counter-narcotics and enhancing security.
He also reassured that Japan will continue its humanitarian assistance and emphasized the country’s efforts to strengthen the Islamic Emirate’s relationships both regionally and globally.
