KABUL: A total of 50 various military vehicles and weapons which had earlier been destroyed and were unusable, have been repaired by the technical team of 219th Al-Fath Army Corps, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
The repaired vehicles and weapons included various kinds of tanks, vehicles, and weapons, the statement said.
The head of technical and weapons of the ministry, Sayed Allawodin Agha, said that the personnel who have shown merit have been praised.
According to the figures, the 209th Al-Fath Army Corps has repaired over 5,000 vehicles and weapons in the past three years.
The ministry’s engineering and technical teams have so far repaired hundreds of vehicles that had been destroyed in the past.
