KABUL: The Acting Minister of Higher Education Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, during his visit to Maidan Wardak province, inaugurated a number of development projects worth 70 million Afghanis in the province, the ministry said in a statement the other day.
According to the statement, the projects included the construction of 1.2 kilometers of internal roads within the university, an irrigation canal, an agricultural research farm, and the construction of a dormitory building for the university.
The Ministry of Higher Education is committed to providing facilities for students at public universities across the country.
Over the past three years, the ministry has implemented hundreds of projects in universities in Kabul and other provinces of the country.
