KABUL: The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has condemned the killing of 10 worshippers in Baghlan and has called for an investigation into the incident.
In a statement on its X page, UNAMA expressed condolences to the families of the victims and asked the Islamic Emirate to conduct a thorough investigation into the case.
Previously, the deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, Mawlavi Hamdullah Fetrat, also expressed sorrow over the incident and indicated that investigations would continue.
