Health Minister: Providing standard healthcare services to citizens top priority of IEA

KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health, in a statement, said on Saturday that 3,585 candidates participated in an open competition to fill 450 vacant positions in the ministry.

Speaking during the initiation of the examination process, the Acting Minister of Public Health, Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, has said that the provision of standard healthcare services to citizens is a fundamental duty of the Islamic system, particularly the Ministry of Public Health.

The exam, conducted electronically by the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Commission, attracted 3,585 qualified candidates from twelve various departments.

He urged all candidates to maintain focus on their academic development and emphasized that his-led ministry intended to continue its practice of conducting open competitive exams for future vacancies.

He underscored that the process would be free from any human intervention, with only those candidates who fulfill the necessary qualifications being deemed successful.
