KABUL: In an interview with Syrian television, Abu Mohammad Jolani, leader of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham movement, stated that Israel’s attacks on Syria are condemnable and that the occupying regime has no justification for these assaults.
He firmly denounced the shameless strikes carried out by Israel, emphasizing that the Syrian people are weary of war and will not permit the initiation of a new conflict.
Jolani stated: “Our priority is the unity and reconstruction of Syria. We do not wish to be involved in further wars.”
Following the collapse of the Assad regime, Israel has conducted unprecedented strikes on the Syrian military and other facilities, violating the territorial integrity of the country.
