Providing consular services to Afghans living in Saudi Arabia discussed

KABUL: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic, Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, in a meeting with Faisal Bin Talaq Al-Baqmi, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Kabul, discussed the provision of consular services to Afghans living in that country.

According to a statement from the ministry on Sunday, in the meeting, the two sides discussed the development of bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia and the overall use of opportunities in bilateral relations.
Minister Muttaqi called the relations between the two countries as valuable and historical and emphasized for further expansion of relations in various areas.
Meanwhile, Al-Baqmi described the relations between Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia as historic and emphasized that his country wants to help Afghans in various fields through its diplomatic presence in Kabul, according to the statement.
