KABUL: Moscow has stated that it will begin peace negotiating with Ukraine but will have its own conditions and will not relinquish any of its territories.
The country has also expressed opposition to the deployment of European Union peacekeeping forces to Ukraine.
Russia has emphasized that military assistance from the European Union to Ukraine would close any potential opening doors for peace and further escalate the conflicts.
