KABUL: Afghanistan’s chief of staff army, Qari Mohammad Fasihuddin Fitrat rejected the recent remarks of General Munir Asim, the head of the Pakistan Army, and called them biased.
Spokesman for the ministry of national defense, Enayatullah Khwarazmi, wrote on his official X account on Saturday that the chief of staff army considered Munir Asim’s recent remarks as the helplessness of Pakistani government officials.
“Prioritizing the security of a Pakistani citizen over the all Muslim people of Afghanistan is an insult to the values of a Muslim nation,” spokesman of the Ministry of National Defense further added.
Khwarazmi added, “The people of Pakistan should react against such biased remarks of their statesmen, which causes hatred between two neighboring and Muslim countries.”
According to the Ministry of Defense, expressing such comments not only solve any problem but also leads to the deterioration of the positive relations between the two countries.
It should be noted that the Chief of the Pakistani Army last Thursday accused Afghanistan over supporting active terrorist groups in the Baluchistan state of that country.
