KABUL: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, has stated that he was warmly welcomed by high-ranking officials in Muscat during his visit to Oman.
In a videotape released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muttaqi noted that he met with various senior officials in Muscat to discuss issues such as the release of Afghan prisoners, visa issuance for Afghans, and other important matters.
He mentioned that the officials in Muscat assured cooperation in resolving all discussed issues.
It is worth noting that Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi has been on an official visit to Oman for the past two weeks and continues to hold meetings with the country’s high-ranking officials.
