GHAZNI: The Ghazni police command said that five people have been killed and one injured in a shooting by unknown gunmen in the Qarabagh district of the province.
According to the statement, the incident occurred at night near the village of Tolakhil in a “remotely inhabited” house.
Following the incident, security forces from the district arrived at the scene and begun investigations.
The Ghazni police called the bloody incident a longstanding feud, noting that several individuals have been arrested in connection with the case.
The statement mentioned that family members of the deceased had killed a brother of the attackers several years ago.
There have been previous incidents in various provinces where many lives have been lost due to old enmities.
