KABUL: Officials of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled have announced that, based on a directive from the leadership of Afghanistan, 12 billion Afghanis have been allocated for families of martyrs, disabled individuals, widows, and orphans in the country.
According to Radio Omid correspondent, Mawlavi Kaleemullah Afghan, the General Director of Finance and Administration at the Ministry, during a press conference in Kabul said today that this amount is set to be distributed to the aforementioned individuals in the second half of the current year (1404).
He emphasized that 8 billion Afghanis will be deposited into the bank accounts of the families of martyrs, disabled individuals, widows, and orphans over the next three months (Mizan, Aqrab, and Qaus).
Additionally, Mufti Faisal Khamush, the Director of Information and Public Relations at the Ministry, mentioned that a total of 694,978 orphans, widows, and disabled individuals have been registered with the ministry to date.
He noted that the registration process for these individuals continues. He also highlighted that this year, food assistance valued at 10 million dollars has been distributed to orphans, widows, and disabled individuals in collaboration with charitable organizations.
It is noteworthy that officials of the Islamic Emirate have consistently emphasized that the existing Islamic system is a result of the sacrifices of martyrs and disabled individuals in the country and will steadfastly defend their ideals without any doubt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
