{"id":17222,"date":"2025-12-18T07:01:27","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T07:01:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/?p=17222"},"modified":"2025-12-18T07:01:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T07:01:28","slug":"institute-and-research-center-for-traditional-medicine-to-be-established-in-kabul-with-indias-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/2025\/12\/18\/institute-and-research-center-for-traditional-medicine-to-be-established-in-kabul-with-indias-cooperation\/","title":{"rendered":"Institute and Research Center for Traditional Medicine to be established in Kabul with India&#8217;s cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health has announced plans to establish an Institute and Research Center for Traditional Medicine in Kabul in collaboration with India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement today, the ministry stated that Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, the Minister of Health, met with Prataprao Jadhav, India&#8217;s Minister of Natural, Ayurvedic, and Traditional Medicine, during his ongoing visit to India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They discussed the establishment of the institute and research center, focusing on training specialists in this field, as well as signing a memorandum of understanding for bilateral cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister Jalali emphasized that standardizing traditional medicine is a critical need in the country and that the Ministry of Public Health has already initiated efforts in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He values India&#8217;s extensive experience in traditional medicine and its potential contribution to Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Minister Jadhav committed to providing necessary support in establishing the institute, implementing educational curricula, and facilitating other aspects of cooperation with Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also announced the beginning of comprehensive collaborations in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the Minister of Public Health had also met with his Indian counterpart in New Delhi to discuss similar matters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health has announced plans to establish an Institute and Research Center for Traditional Medicine in Kabul in collaboration with India.
