Local officials stated that the kidnappers had demanded 10 million Afghani from the families of the victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rescued individuals were handed over to their families by Mullah Aminullah Zubair, the Helmand Police Commander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fight against kidnapping gangs remains a priority for the country&#8217;s defense, security, and intelligence agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, a businessman was also rescued from kidnappers by police forces in Kabul in a special operation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LASHKAR GAH: Police personnel of Helmand have rescued two individuals from the clutches of kidnappers.
