He stated, &#8220;Russia wants to impose its own world and change people&#8217;s lives, lives that they prefer and choose for themselves. That is why I believe, and have long believed, that Putin has already started this war.&#8221;<br>The Ukrainian leader emphasized that his country serves as a bulwark against Putin&#8217;s advances.
