KABUL: Public approval of Donald Trump has dropped to 36%, its lowest level since his return to the White House about 15 months ago, according to a new poll by Reuters and Ipsos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The survey found that declining support is largely driven by rising fuel prices and widespread dissatisfaction with the U.S. conflict involving Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only 25% of respondents said they approved of Trump\u2019s handling of the cost of living, while 29% expressed support for his economic policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The poll, conducted among 1,272 U.S. adults, also highlighted concerns over the war, with 61% opposing it. Meanwhile, 46% said the conflict could make the United States somewhat safer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reuters noted that this marks the lowest approval level for Trump across both of his presidential terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
