{"id":20009,"date":"2026-04-11T10:23:47","date_gmt":"2026-04-11T10:23:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/?p=20009"},"modified":"2026-04-11T10:23:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T10:23:48","slug":"iea-leaders-new-decree-vendors-activities-must-be-regulated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/2026\/04\/11\/iea-leaders-new-decree-vendors-activities-must-be-regulated\/","title":{"rendered":"IEA Leader&#8217;s new decree: Vendors&#8217; activities must be regulated"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate, in a new decree, has ordered the Municipality to regulate the activities of vendors based on city standards across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Justice shared the new order on Saturday, it said municipalities must designate specific locations for peddlers, define the areas where they may operate, complete their registration process, and distribute free identification cards to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMunicipalities are also responsible for preparing designs for stalls and working tables for vendors and conducting continuous monitoring of their activities,\u201d the ministry quoted the decree as saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order emphasizes that vendors must operate only in the designated places, refrain from selling prohibited or expired goods, and follow rules for city cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also states that violations will first be met with warnings; if violations are repeated, vendors can be removed from their locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directive is effective immediately from the date it was issued.
