KABUL: Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, during a visit to the Kabul Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, has called for improved services and greater attention to the needs of children at the facility.
According to Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, Hanafi led a delegation from the Commission for Organizational Structure and Salaries to review the center\u2019s administrative affairs and services, emphasizing the need to address existing shortcomings.
The delegation also met with children under the center\u2019s care, listened to their concerns and requests, and assured them that their issues would be seriously followed up and addressed.
During the visit, the delegation inspected classrooms, vocational training facilities, sanitation conditions, healthcare services, food preparation and distribution, accommodation, and the observance of the children\u2019s rights under Islamic law.
Fitrat added that Hanafi stressed the importance of protecting children\u2019s rights, treating them with dignity and compassion, improving public services, ensuring proper hygiene, and meeting their basic needs, while issuing the necessary directives to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
