KABUL: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the country\u2019s foreign policy is independent, balanced, and economy-oriented, with a strong focus on expanding regional cooperation and promoting mutual economic interests.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, Director of Information and Public Relations at the ministry, said on Wednesday that Afghanistan enjoys a reliable environment in terms of security, internal stability, and national sovereignty, creating conditions for the country to shift its focus from political competition to economic cooperation.
In a post on X, Takal said the Islamic Emirate believes that lasting regional stability, economic connectivity, transit, investment, and the expansion of mutual interests benefit all countries in the region.
He added that Afghanistan\u2019s foreign policy is based on independence, balance, and economic engagement, and that the Islamic Emirate is working to strengthen cooperation and mutual trust with regional and international partners.
