In a separate drone strike targeting a civilian vehicle belonging to a health worker, another health worker was killed and two others were wounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reuters reported that the strikes in Kfar Rumman were carried out by the Israeli military without a prior evacuation warning for civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the time of the attack, children inside the residential building were preparing to go to school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strikes come as tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have once again escalated in southern Lebanon despite a ceasefire reached in June.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL: Lebanon\u2019s Ministry of Public Health says at least 12 people, including two children and four women, have lost their lives in Israeli strikes in the Kfar Rumman area of southern Lebanon on Monday.
