{"id":24669,"date":"2026-09-09T06:48:32","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T06:48:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/?p=24669"},"modified":"2026-09-09T06:48:33","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T06:48:33","slug":"mawlavi-mujahid-public-health-ministry-completes-60-health-projects-in-1447","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/2026\/09\/09\/mawlavi-mujahid-public-health-ministry-completes-60-health-projects-in-1447\/","title":{"rendered":"Mawlavi Mujahid: Public Health Ministry completes 60 health projects in 1447"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL: Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, says the Ministry of Public Health completed and inaugurated 60 health projects across Afghanistan during the 1447 Hijri year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radio Omid reported that Mujahid made the remarks during the \u201cGovernment in the Mirror of the Media\u201d program, saying the projects included 24 district hospitals, 25 health centers, and several specialized units, including cardiac surgery, intensive care, and hemodialysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction and renovation work on another 103 health centers and hospitals is also underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that more than 92 million outpatient services and over 2.1 million inpatient services were provided during the year, while around 1.3 million births were recorded at health facilities across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mujahid also announced the launch of a 200-bed cancer diagnosis and treatment hospital in Kabul, as well as the activation of oncology departments at regional hospitals in Balkh, Herat, Nangarhar and Kandahar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the figures presented, more than 10,000 health workers received training in 1447, while 350 memorandums of understanding were signed with domestic and international organizations to expand healthcare services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL: Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, says the Ministry of Public Health completed and inaugurated 60 health projects across Afghanistan during the 1447 Hijri year.
