KABUL: The World Food Programme (WPF) distributed humanitarian assistance to 1,700 families in two provinces of the country, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in separate statements.
The cash aids were distributed to 1,384 families in Faryab and 314 families received cash in exchange for work in Zabul province, said the statement.
The aids were distributed to needy families in coordination with the ministry’s directorates, according to the statement.
