Ministry of Higher Education: 15-day seminar to enhance academic level of students concludes in tropical provinces

KABUL: The Ministry of Higher Education said in a statement today that a 15-day seminar aimed at enhancing the religious knowledge of students from Emirati and private educational institutions in the country’s tropical provinces has ended.

According to the statement, the ministry highlighted that the seminar was organized by the Ministry under the guidance of the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen.

The Acting Minister of Higher Education, Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, during the closing session which was attended by Emirati officials, teachers,  students, and some others, said that the seminar aimed to reform ideological beliefs and eliminate the deference between religious and modern sciences, said the statement.

According to the statement, approximately 700 students from Emirati and private educational institutions

participated in the seminar.

Over the 15 days, these students received instruction on religious, political, social, economic, and ethical systems from renowned scholars and shaikhs, with opportunities for them to ask questions.

The Ministry noted that the seminar was conducted in a calm and peaceful environment, and participants expressed their satisfaction with the event.
