KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health said in a statement that during a ceremony held today, 483 specialists, after completing their training in 27 medical fields, have graduated and received their diplomas.
According to the statement, the graduation ceremony was attended by the Deputy Prime Ministers of Political and Administrative Affairs, the acting ministers of Public Health and Higher Education, as well as other cabinet members and officials of the Islamic Emirate.
Speaking in the ceremony, Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, the acting Minister of Public Health, emphasized that training medical specialists is crucial for strengthening the health sector in the country.
He stated that the Islamic Emirate is committed to enhancing capacity-building among health professionals and providing opportunities for specialized education both domestically and abroad.
Also, during the ceremony, gifts and certificates of appreciation were awarded to several outstanding individuals from the training program.
