KABUL: The Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, says that all the countries and organizations of the Russian Federation can make maximum use of the economic opportunities available in Afghanistan.
He made the remarks at the Dagestan Economic Potential and Development Vector Forum, held in Makhachkala.
Minister Omari added that with the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, the ground has been laid for regional cooperation in the whole Central and South Asia and all kinds of economic potential and actual capacity have been paved.
It should be noted that the Economic Potential and Development Vector Forum of the Republic of Dagestan was organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the economic plan of the Republic of Dagestan, with the participation of representatives from Russia, Belarus, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
