KABUL: The Ministry of Interior says police forces have recently discovered and seized 13,881 drug tablets type of Zicap from the outskirts of Helmand province.
The ministry’s media office, in a statement released on Saturday, said the police forces during an operation discovered and seized the drugs from the 6th PD of Lashkar Gah, the provincial capital.
It also states that two people were arrested in connection with the storage and possession of the tablets and their cases will be transferred to judicial organs for investigation.
Meanwhile, security, defense, and investigative forces in the country continue their efforts against all types of narcotics and other illicit substances.
