Netanyahu: ‘I will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons’

KABUL: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Iran’s current government has become weaker than before and that “I will never accept Iran possessing nuclear weapons”.

Netanyahu has accused Tehran of seeking to revive its nuclear program and reiterated on Sunday that as long as he remains Prime Minister, Iran will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.

He also stressed the need to bring an end to what he described as the threat posed by Iran and called for the removal of the current Iranian government.

Iran has not yet publicly responded to Netanyahu’s latest remarks.
