Construction work on two development projects worth 24 million Afghanis completed in Ghazni

GHAZNI: Provincial officials of Ghazni said that two development projects valued at 24 million Afghanis, during a ceremony have been inaugurated in the center of the province.

The Ghazni Municipality said in a statement today that the projects included the construction of two roads in the “Arbaba and Nawabad” areas, located in the fourth and sixth districts of Ghazni city.

The statement stated that the funding for the projects was provided by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

The total length of the constructed roads is 1,800 meters, including the accompanying drainage systems and completed within three months.

Additionally, the projects created job opportunities for 300 individuals daily.
