KABUL; Shuxrat Kaxarovich Muratov, Deputy Governor of Uzbekistan’s Kashkadarya province, has met with Mawlavi Ahmadullah Zahid, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, to discuss strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said the meeting focused on implementing the roadmap for bilateral cooperation and expanding economic relations between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
The two sides also discussed establishing direct economic cooperation, increasing engagement between business communities, and pursuing joint investment in the cotton sector.
