KABUL: Shahir Al-Taqi, CEO of Saudi Arabia’s Delta International Company, has met with Afghanistan’s Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Mullah Hedayatullah Badri.
According to the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, the meeting focused on investment and cooperation in the exploration and extraction of oil and gas in Afghanistan.
Al-Taqi said the company is prepared to invest in Afghanistan’s oil and gas sector in the near future if the ministry facilitates the relevant processes and an understanding or agreement is reached with the company.
